The first "Official" CCGR podcast has arrived! Check out our podcast website http://talk.ccgr.org This recording is a little rough around the edges,(I'm new to this). We're open to any and all feedback. If this is liked, I'll invest in a better headset/mic. So please share your thoughts on the forum. I just wanted to say thanks to the hosts, music composers and my brother who helped me produce it.

Since I got the stamp of approval from my doctor to exercise again, I'll be starting a new forum journal and playing DDR and Wii boxing in hopes of losing 15lbs of pregnancy weight. I'll be posting before and after pics etc. Feel free to sign up and post on the forums.
